6 Meals-A-Day? Not According To This Study

If you're like me, you've probably tried a lot of different programs to lose weight from Adkins, to The Zone, to you name it-there are so many plans out there!  One thing that I've always heard is to eat smaller meals more frequently throughout the day to curb hunger, keep sugar levels stable and keep the metabolism at its peak. Now, here's a study that says eating 3
