 CBS News is reporting that Princess Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, is "continuing to feel better" as she spent a second day in a London hospital being treated for acute morning sickness. The hospital spokeman said "She and the Duke are immensely grateful for the good wishes they have received."  and that the 30-year-old Royal "will remain in hospital at present and will continue to be treated for hyperemesis gravidarum."  This condition is very rare and it takes morning sickness to the extreme resulting in excessive nausea, hydration and malnutrition.  The Royal Family expects their young princess to be in the hospital for several days.  Read more from CBS News by clicking here.
