If you've never heard of a "trust fall," it's when you have a friend stand behind you, then fall back into their arms, and HOPEFULLY they catch you.

But before you let someone do it for the first time, apparently you have to explain EXACTLY what to do.  Because there's a video on YouTube of a girl trying it, and she gets a very important part of it wrong.  (She falls FORWARD.)
