So Stretching Before A Workout Can Cause An Injury-Really?

Every feel like we just can't win? One day we hear we SHOULD do something and before you know it that particulary thing isn't good for us. Now, after all the years we've heard we should stretch before exercising, there's word that stretching before a workout might actually cause an injury. Okay, I give up!  So, what's behind this story?
