Mr. Kitroser is admitted in Florida, New York, and Colorado with over 25 years experience in the practice of law. He is a member the Elder Law and Real Property and Trust Law sections of the Florida Bar, a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys, serves on the Special Needs Trust subcommittee of the Elder Law section of the bar and is a supporter and advocate for Alpert Jewish Family & Children´s Service.

Mitchell Kitroser was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1958 and grew up in New York City. In 1979, Mr. Kitroser obtained a B.A. in Mathematics from St. John's University, Jamaica, New York, in 1979 and a Law Degree from St. John's University in 1982. He practiced law in New York for 12 years, including serving as the confidential Law Clerk to Justice Richard A. Goldberg, Justice of the New York State Supreme Court, Kings County.

 Relocating to Florida in 1995, Mr. Kitroser served for over five years as an Assistant State Attorney in Palm Beach County. In late 2000, Mitchell Kitroser opened a private practice in West Palm Beach, Florida, focusing on Real Estate, Probate, Estate Planning and Guardianship matters. He is also the owner of Symphony Title Insurance Agency.

Michelle A. Eichelman, Esq. was born in Lincoln, Nebraska.  Michelle graduated from the University of Massachusetts (Cum Laude) with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in 1987.  Michelle moved to Palm Beach County, Florida in 1990.  Michelle graduated from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University with a Juris Doctorate in 2001. While at Nova Southeastern University, Michelle received an award for donating over 750 hours of her time for Pro Bono legal work.  Michelle was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2001.  She was admitted to practice in the Southern U.S. District and the Northern U.S. District Courts of Florida in 2002. 

She is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association.  She is an emeritus member of the Craig S.
